Before you install

You need VS Code and a full JDK, version 17 or newer. A JRE alone cannot compile the exercises.

Install the extension

  1. Open the Marketplace listing above.
  2. Select Install and allow the page to open VS Code.
  3. In VS Code, confirm the installation.
  4. Run Layers of Logic: Choose Course Folder from the Command Palette.

What this preview does

Coding exercises open in your chosen course folder and run their checks from VS Code. Quizzes open on the lesson page. Sign-in, progress sync, and online submission are not part of this preview.
